Shipping:

Here at Zented Candle Co. we offer USPS carrier options on orders under $75.00 and free USPS shipping on orders over $75.00 as a thank you to our customers. We also offer a free local pick-up option for those who reside in the North Dallas/Fort Worth area. At this time, we do not offer an International Shipping option, however we are in the process of making that happen!

Our processing times typically ranges between 1-2 business days and domestic shipping times range between 1-4 business days. At this time, orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. For orders placed on the weekends and/or during Holidays, all are processed the following business day. 

Please be sure to triple check all of your shipping information when placing your order. Once your order is in the process of being fulfilled, we are unable to make changes/cancellations to your order. If your order has not been fulfilled and you made a shipping information error, please contact us immediately at info.zentedcandleco@gmail.com.

If you received an email that your package was delivered yet did not receive it, please contact your local USPS Post Office.

Returns:

Candles & Wax Melts - Due to the nature of the product, candles and wax melts cannot be returned. In the event that you should receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at zentedcandleco@gmail.com with your order number and we will be more than happy to assist with the issue at hand.

Accessories - If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges on non-fragile merchandise (car diffusers, candle care kits). You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

*Please Note: 

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and we highly suggest a trackable shipping method. Refunds are processed once the item has been returned and delivered back to Zented Candle Co. 

 

Refunds: 

We will notify you via electronic correspondence once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund amount back into your account.
